| 中文摘要 | 目的:检验接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-Ⅱ)中文版测评大学生人群的信效度,为进行经验性回避及接纳与承诺疗法相关研究提供测量工具。方法:选取北京、四川和河南某大学学生共1749名,用随机数字法选取一半(n=879)进行探索性因素分析,另一半(n=870)进行验证性因素分析;在总样本中,简单随机选取366人,用自评抑郁量表(SDS)和自评焦虑量表(SAS)检验效标效度,用正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)和沉思反应量表(RRS)检验聚合效度和递增效度;间隔1个月,对从总体中简单随机选取的238人重测,检验重测信度。结果:探索性因素分析表明,AAQ-Ⅱ的经验性回避单因子累积方差为62.5%,载荷在0.72~0.84间;验证性因素分析显示单因子结构拟合较好(χ2/df=4.56,CFI=0.99,TLI=0.97,RM SEA=0.06,SRM R=0.02);AAQ-Ⅱ得分与SDS、SAS、M AAS、RRS得分均呈正相关(r=0.26~0.69,P<0.001)。量表的Cronbachα系数为0.88,重测信度为0.80。结论:接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-Ⅱ)中文版测评大学生人群有良好的心理测量学指标,可用于经验性回避及接纳与承诺疗法相关研究的测量。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective：To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese translation of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition （AAQ-Ⅱ） in college students and to offer a measurement in studies of experiential avoidance and the acceptance and commitment therapy （ACT） in China.Methods：Totally 1749 college students were selected from Beijing,Henan,and Sichuan Provinces,and were randomly allocated into two groups where one subset （n =879） was used for exploratory factor analysis （EFA）,and the other （n =870） for confirmatory factor analysis （CFA）.In addition,responses of 366 participants selected by simple random sampling were assessed in criterion validity,convergent and incremental validity.Criterion validity was tested with the Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）.Convergent and incremental validity was tested with the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale （MAAS） and Ruminative Responses Scale （RRS）.After 1 month,238 of the participants from the total sample were randomly sampled out to assess the test-retest reliability.Results：Results of EFA showed one factor solution which explained 62.5 % of the total variance,and factor loadings ranged between 0.72 and 0.84.Results of CFA confirmed the hypothesized one-factor mode （x2/df=4.56,CFI =0.99,TLI =0.97,RMSEA =0.06,SRMR =0.02）.Furthermore,the AAQ-Ⅱ] was significantly correlated with SAS,SDS,MAAS,as well as total and subscale scores of the RRS （r =0.26-0.69,P 〈0.01）,suggesting sound criterion and convergent validities.The AAQ-Ⅱ also showed incremental validity beyond mindfulness or rumination in explaining depression and anxiety （△R2 =0.07-0.13,P 〈0.001）.The AAQ-Ⅱ additionally demonstrated good internal consistency （Cronbach＇s α =0.88） and test-retest reliability （Cronbach＇s α =0.80）.Conclusion：It suggests that the Chinese version of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition （AAQ-Ⅱ） has acceptable psychometric properties in college students,and it could be applied in studies of experiential avoidance and acceptance and commitment therapy （ACT） in China. |
