| 中文摘要 | 随着儿科急救水平的提高,能够存活的早产儿的胎龄和体重越来越小,但其远期神经心理发展的预后更需要得到关注。早产儿语言发展是智力发展的重要组成部分,反映了神经系统的发育情况。早产儿的语言发展情况如何,与哪些因素有关,不同的研究存在不太一致的结果。本文描述了影响早产儿语言发展的因素,如胎龄、出生体重、性别等,为早产儿语言发展的研究及临床干预提供思路。 |
| 英文摘要 | Along with the development of pediatric emergency technology,more preterm infants with extremely small gestational age and birth weight can survive,yet the long-term follow-up of their neuropsychological development needs to be focused.Language development of preterm infants is an important component of their intellectual development,which reflects the development of their nervous system.Studies about how language develops in preterm infants and what factors are relevant yield inconsistent results.This paper describes the factors influencing the language development of preterm infants,such as gestational age,birth weight and gender.It provides suggestions as to future research and clinical intervention for the language development of preterm infants. |
