英文摘要Analysis of pesticide residues in food and its recent development are reviewed with 47 references. Except for liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and matrix solid-phase dispersion are applied widely in pre-treatment of sample. atomic excitation detector has been developed very rapidly in gas chromatography. Supercritical fluid chromatography and immunoanalysis are applied now in the analysis of pesticide residues. New trend in analytical methods for pesticide residue analysis has been discussed.
