英文摘要The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographiy method is described for the. determination of residues of o-allylphenol and p/o-butanoylphenol in tomato. The lowest detectable level of the compounds in tomato is 0.01 mg/kg, with recoveries of the analyses (spiked levels: 0.05similar to1.00 mk/kg) ranging from 87.7% to 95.1%. The method proposed is simple, fast, accurate and applicable.
