英文摘要A new reverse flow injection chemiluminescence ( CL) method for the determination of hydrocortisone is described. The method is based on CL reaction of hydrocortisone with hexacyanoferrate(III) intensely sensitized by quinine in alkaline medium. The linear range of the method is 0.01 similar to 50 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.02 mg/L. The RSD (n = 11 c = 1. 0 mg/L) is 0.9%. The method has been used to determine hydrocortisone in medicine. The results accord with those of spectrophotometric method.
