Separation and determination of bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol by micellar electrokinetic chromatography

英文摘要Micellar electrokinetic was used to the separation and determination of bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in water samples. The buffer solution with pH 9.0 was consisted of 12.5 mmol/L Na2B4O7-25 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-10% acetonitrile.. The separation was carried out under the voltage 25 kV and the eluate was monitored by a diode array detector at 220 nm. Under the selected conditions, a satisfactory separation of bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in water samples was obtained within 15 min. The linear determination ranges for all three analytes are 5 similar to 200 mg/L. The developed method has been used to determine bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in spiked tap water and river water samples. The recovery was obtained in the range of 90.5% to 108.1%.
