Microchip electrophoretic separation of Cu2+ , Co2+ and Ni2+ with chemiluminescent detection

英文摘要 | A glass microchip was designed on the base of flow injection-chemiluminescent devices and fabricated by standard photolithgraphy technology, wet chemical etching and heat bonding technology. Electrophoresis separation was cooperated with chemiluminescent detection on the microchip, and the chemiluminescent reagents of luminol and hydrogen peroxide solution were delivered by a laboratory-made microfluidic pump. The experimental conditions including buffer applied, voltage and the flux of the chemiluminescent reagents were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, Cu2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ were separated and detected with chemiluminescent method on the chip. The detection limits of Cu2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ can reach 5.0 x 10(-9), 5.0 x 10(-11) and 1.0 x 10(-7) mol/L, respectively. |
