英文摘要 | Cloud-point extraction (CPE) is a kind of new environmentally benign liquid-liquid extraction method. In this paper the phase separation behavior of some surfactant micelle solutions is introduced. The experimental protocol of CPE is outlined. The specific applications of such systems to the separation and purification of biopolymers and bioanalysis are summarized and discussed. The development trend of CPE is also presented. |
