英文摘要 | The determination method of ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba extracts with modified supercritical carbon dioxide and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was demonstrated. The conditions of extraction were optimized. The results showed that the recovery and the selectivity were the best under 30 MPa and 55 degrees C with 8% methanol modified supercritical carbon dioxide when the silica gel was used as matrix. The detection limit was 0.42 mg/L. |
