Synthesis of stoichiometric AgSbS2 nanospheres via one-step solvothermal chemical process

英文摘要 | High quality ternary chalcogenide AgSbS2 nanospheres have been synthesized via a one-step, facile and practical solvothermal chemical process by using 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(APTS) self-assembly monolayers(SAMs) as templates. The surface morphology, structure and composition of the resultant AgSbS2 nanospheres were characterized by FESEM, XRD and XPS, respectively. The results show that the nearly stoichiometric AgSbS2 nanospheres possess pure cubic structure with high crystallinity. The -NH2 terminal groups of APTS could provide nucleation sites for the growth of AgSbS2 nanospheres and the slow release of Sb3+ in the solution could promote the isotropic growth of AgSbS2 crystal. AgSbS2 nanospheres exhibit a broad absorption in visible light range, making it a promising photovoltaic absorber material. |
