英文摘要 | Large stacker operation is a major source for powder on port. The previous studies on the patterns of generating coal powder on port need to be updated with applying modern large-scale machine. In this study, we aim to (1) design a model of large bulk stacker for wind tunnel test simulation; (2) unify the coal powder emission model based on formulas analysis and wind tunnel experiment; (3) establish a mathematical model of the large stacker operation powder emission pattern on port. The results show that (1) models of large bulk stacker were tested with tunnel test simulation; (2) the coal powder emission models were unified based on formulas analysis and wind tunnel experiment; (3) a mathematical model of the large stacker operation powder emission pattern on port was established. This model is fit for large stacker operation on port based on formulas review analysis, wind tunnel experiments and statistical analysis. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
