中文摘要 | In recent years, the size of high energy physics detectors and their associated electronics has increased dramatically. This has presented a challenge to electronics designers to match these developments with efficient design in order to make arrays of many thousands of channels economically and physically feasible. With the development of computer techniques, new design thoughts and techniques for data-acquisition emergy continously. On the basis of our techniques and instruments, the TDC's Scanner Processer (or TSP) is designed for readout and pre-processing of the data from TDC which is in the "TDC+TSP" system for time-acquisition of the drift chamber. The TSP discussed in this paper has been designed to provide timing pulses to T/D converter and acquire the data from TDC as a three-width auxiliary controller in CAMAC system. When TSP scans data from TDC, the zero suppression and physical address allocation are accomplished at the same time using hardware technique. The pre-processing of the data, such as pedestral correction, gain correction and non-linearity correction are completed by the equipped on-module microcoputer system (8086 CPU). The principle and circult design of the TSP will be discussed in this paper and the characteristics of data-preprocessing, zero suppression and physical address allocation tested in the experiments of this paper. |
