Measurement of branching ratios for eta(c) hadronic decays

| 英文摘要 | In a sample of 58 million J/psi events collected with the BES II detector, the process J/psi --> gammaeta(c) is observed in five decay channels: eta(c) --> K(+)K(-)pi(+)pi(-), pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-), K(+/-)K(S)(0)pi(double dagger) (with K-S(0) --> pi(+)pi(-)), phiphi (with phi --> K+K-) and p (p) over bar. From these signals, we determine Br(J/psi --> gammaeta(c))Br(eta(c) K(+)K(-)pi(+)pi(-)) = (1.5+/-0.2+/-0.2) x 10(-4), Br(J/psi --> gammaeta(c))Br(eta(c) --> pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-)) = (1. 3+/-0.2+/-0.4) x 10(-4), Br(J/psi --> gammaeta(c))Br(eta(c) --> K+/-K0Spi(double dagger)) = (2.2+/-0.3+/-0.5) x 10(-4), Br(J/psi --> gammaeta(c))Br(eta(c) --> phiphi) = (3.3+/-0.6+/-0.6) x 10(-5), Br(J/psi --> gammaeta(c))Br(eta(c) --> p (p) over bar) = (1.9+/-0.3+/-0.3) x 10(-5).
