英文摘要 | wurtzite cu3zninsns6 (czits) nanodisks were successfully synthesized according to rational design via a hot-injection method. their suitable band gap and photoresponsive behavior indicate great potential application in solar cells. the structure of czits transforms to a tetragonal type after annealing, which is accompanied by grain growth. |
