英文摘要 | A detector for mid- and far- infrared radiation was developed, which was made up of High Tc superconductor YBCO film with a micro-bridge structure(210 x 70 x 0.3mum). By using Beijing IR free electron laser (BFEL) as a light source, the characteristics of its. time response, spectral response and voltage response were measured. The experiment indicated that the high Tc YBCO film detector has characters of fast response, high sensitivity, broad bandwidth and high stability. |
