英文摘要The dynamic range matching technique between silicon detector (Si-PIN array detector and DSSD) and Front-end ASIC is the key technology. Three coupling methods to solve the problem of dynamic range matching were designed based on the generation and feature of silicon detector signal in this paper. The comparison result between the theoretical mode and experiment results shows that the coupling methods are feasible. ©, 2015, Atomic Energy Press.
