英文摘要Nanoporous GaN generated by photo-assisted electrochemical etching was used as template for electrodeposition of hierarchical Ag. The multilevel structures of deposits were confirmed by SEM, and further structurally characterized by XRD. Moreover, surface enhanced Raman scattering characterization revealed a low detection limit of 10(-12) M for Rhodamine 6G and an enhancement factor of similar to 10(7) by using the as-fabricated hierarchical Ag/GaN substrates.
