英文摘要The conductivity of single-walled nanotube films is investigated with a combination of Maxwell-Garnett (MG) and Drude-Lorentzian (DL) model in terahertz region. A theoretical investigation for the recent experiment is given and a decrease of the real conductivity with increasing frequency is predicted. Meanwhile, the real part of dielectric function of single-walled carbon nanotube films is displayed. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
