英文摘要 | A flow injection analysis-quartz crystal microbalance (FIA-QCM) biosensor was developed for probing the dynamic interactions during protease inhibition. Being sensitive to conformation features of different proteases, this continuous-flow sensor has potential for structural-functional analysis and inhibitor selection. |
