| 中文摘要 | 自我控制与人类行为息息相关，自我控制缺乏是当下社会很多问题行为的根本原因。对于青少年来说，自我控制缺陷会导致很多问题行为，例如物质滥用及暴力行为等。除了这些不良行为，自我控制和学业成就存在高度相关。可见，研究自我控制是解决当前青少年发展问题的关键环节。本研究选取来自五个省的3978名9~26岁的青少年，首先修订自我控制双系统量表中文版，在此基础上，使用问卷调查法（人口学信息问卷，青少年自我控制双系统量表中文版，父母教养方式量表）考察我国青少年自我控制的现状和影响因素，以及青少年自我控制与父母教养方式的关系。主要研究结果如下： 1. 在文献查阅的基础上，修订中文版青少年自我控制双系统量表。经过项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和信效度分析，结果显示各项指标符合统计学要求。 2. 青少年自身特征与自我控制： 青少年自我控制在性别上没有显著性差异；高中阶段的青少年自我控制较差；冲动系统和控制系统的发展速率有差异，冲动系统和控制系统具有不同的发展进程和成熟年龄。 3. 父母特征与青少年自我控制：父母文化水平影响青少年自我控制的控制系统；父母教养一致性越高，青少年自我控制发展越好。 4. 家庭特征与青少年自我控制：来自城市的青少年自我控制发展较好，独生子女青少年的自我控制发展较好，家庭生活水平较高的青少年的自我控制较好。 5. 青少年自我控制与父母教养方式：母亲拒绝否认、母亲过干涉过保护、父亲拒绝否认对冲动系统有正向预测作用，父亲情感温暖理解对冲动系统有负向预测作用；母亲情感温暖理解、父亲情感温暖理解对青少年的控制系统有正向的预测。 |

Family characteristics and self-control of adolescents: adolescents from city had better self-control performance. Adolescents who were only children had better self-control performance. In addition, the higher level of the living standards of their families, the better self-control performance adolescents had. 5. Parenting styles and self-control of adolescents: Maternal rejection and denial, maternal excessive interference and protection, paternal rejection and denial could positively predicted poor control. However, paternal warmth and understanding could negatively predict poor control. For good self-control, parental warmth and understanding had positive prediction effect. |
