| 英文摘要 | The sensitivity of XRD detector in 2.1-6.0keV energy range has been calibrated on the 3133 medium energy X-ray beam at the BSRF for the first time in our country, and the uncertainty is less than 7%. In addition, the calibration precision of filter thickness has been improved by using the 3B3 medium energy X-ray beam, and the uncertainty of the filter thickness is less than 3.6%. |
