英文摘要 | The features of the X-ray topography station at the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) is presented. The major equipments, consisting of a white-radiation camera for X-ray topography, a versatile environmental chamber for in situ studies, an X-ray video imaging system for real-time observation, and a four-crystal camera for multiple crystal topography and high accuracy diffraction investigations, are described. Some experimental results are shown. |
