英文摘要 | The distribution pattern of 25 elements in subcellular fractions of human liver was studied by differential centrifugation combined with neutron activation analysis. The analytical quality had been verified by the analysis of some standard reference materials. The highest concentrations of As, Au, I, Mg, Mo, Sb, Sc, Se were found in nuclei and mitochondria, whereas those of Br, Cut Cl, K and Na in cytosol. The lowest concentrations of Al, As, Au, Ba, Fe, I, La, Mg, Mn, Sb, Se were found in cytosol. Interestingly, As was mainly present in the nuclear fraction and was two to four times than that in the other fractions, while La and Fe were enriched in the microsomal fraction. |
