城镇化进程中失地农民征地补偿满意度研究—以成都周边典型区域为例

| 英文摘要 | Landless farmers’ satisfaction of land expropriation compensation is an important index reflecting the differences between their own interest and the land expropriation compensation in the process of urbanization. In this paper, we analyzed the influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction of land expropriation compensation mainly using ordinal Logistic regression model. The related data about land acquisition compensation in this paper were obtained through structured interviews of sample farmers from different villages of Longquanyi district, Jingtang district, Wenjiang district of Chengdu city. The result indicated that the top six factors affecting farmers’ satisfaction of land expropriation compensation were the age of landless farmers, the families’ income after land expropriation, the land expropriation area, the land expropriation will, the degree of openness of land expropriation, the standard of compensation for land expropriation. The six variables had significant and positive impacts on farmers’ satisfaction of land expropriation compensation. The problems of land acquisition compensation were revealed and some reasonable suggestions were proposed. |
