缺血性脑血管病患者心理灵活性与焦虑抑郁情绪的相关研究

| 中文摘要 | 目的：探究缺血性脑血管病（ICVD）患者的心理灵活性与焦虑抑郁情绪的相关性。方法选取ICVD患者200例，应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、接纳与行动问卷第2版（AAQ‐Ⅱ）及认知融合问卷（CFQ）测出焦虑抑郁水平和心理灵活性。根据检测结果将患者按焦虑及抑郁不同程度分为：正常、轻度、中度、重度。结果存在焦虑抑郁情绪ICVD患者的AAQ‐Ⅱ、CFQ显著高于正常情绪ICVD患者（P＜0．01）；焦虑抑郁不同程度ICVD患者间的AAQ‐Ⅱ、CFQ水平差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；AAQ‐Ⅱ水平与焦虑抑郁程度呈显著正相关（r＝0．778，P＜0．01；r＝0．759，P＜0．01）；CFQ水平与焦虑抑郁程度呈显著正相关（r＝0．785，P＜0．01；r＝0．774，P＜0．01）；分别以SAS、SDS为因变量，AAQ‐Ⅱ、CFQ为自变量，通过多元线性回归分析，表明心理灵活性是焦虑抑郁的影响因子。结论在ICVD患者中，心理灵活性与焦虑抑郁情绪程度密切相关，心理灵活性是焦虑抑郁情绪的预测因素之一。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective To explore the relationship of psychological flexibility and the anxiety ,depression in ischemic cerebrovas‐cular disease (ICVD) patients .Methods Two hundred cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were collected ,and their anxiety and depression level and psychological flexibility were measured by self‐evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) ,self‐evaluation of depres‐sion scale (SDS) ,acceptance and action questionnaire‐Ⅱ (AAQ‐Ⅱ ) and cognitive fusion questionnaire (CFQ ) .According to the test results ,the patients with anxiety and depression were divided into different degree :degrees :normal ,mild ,moderate or severe . Results The AAQ‐Ⅱ and CFQ of the patients with anxiety depression were significantly higher than normal emotional ICVD pa‐tients (P<0 .01);there were statistical significance in the difference of the level of AAQ‐Ⅱ and CFQ and the degree of anxiety and depression in these patients (P<0 .01);the level of AAQ‐Ⅱ and the degree of anxiety depression was positively correlated (r=0 .778 ,P<0 .01 ;r=0 .759 ,P<0 .01);the level of CFQ and the degree of anxiety depression was positively correlated (r=0 .785 , P<0 .01 ;r=0 .774 ,P<0 .01);with SAS ,SDS ,as dependent variable ,the AAQ‐Ⅱ ,CFQ as independent variables ,through multiple linear regression analysis ,suggested that psychological flexibility was the impact factor of anxiety depression .Conclusion For pa‐tients with ICVD ,psychological flexibility is closely related to the degree of anxiety depression .Psychological flexibility is one of the predictor of anxiety depression . |
