Effect of Permutite on Pyrolytic Products Derived from Rice Straw Lignin

| 英文摘要 | permutite of catalyst was an important factor acting on enzymatic/mild acidolysis lignin (named emal) pyrolyzing at the fixed temperature of 700 degrees c. the obtained pyrolysate consisted of condensed liquid product (bio-oil), solid product (char), and light gas. the ingredient of gaseous product was analyzed by gas chromatograph (gc), and the composition of bio-oil was detected on a gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (gc/ms). research results showed that rice straw emal pyrolysis produced bio-oil of 40%, char of 30% and gas of 30%, after adding permutite the bio-oil yield increased to 50% and gas yield reduced to 20%. it revealed that additive permutite improved the conversion of emal to the volatile, and the additive dosage of permutite was 5% that had an exceeding effect on improving bio-oil yield and suppressing gas generation. moreover, additive permutite catalyzed emal pyrolyzing and also changed the ingredient of bio-oil and the gaseous. |
