| 英文摘要 | corncob was treated by dilute h2so4. the hydrolysate contained 45.7 g sugar/l. without concentration or adding other nutrients, the hydrolysate, after being detoxified by overliming and adsorption with activated charcoal, was used for oil production using trichosporon cutaneum. after 8 days' growth in shake-flasks, the biomass was 22.1 g/l with a lipid content of 36%. the lipid yield per mass of sugar was 17.4% (w/w). corncob thus is a promising raw material for microbial oil production by this yeast. |
