废弃油脂催化转化制备生物柴油的研究

中文摘要 | 不断增长的能源需求导致的能源危机以及因化石燃料的使用造成的环境污染问题日益严重,促使人们寻找清洁的可替代能源。生物柴油作为一种清洁的可再生能源,已受到广泛关注。生物柴油生产中原料成本占总成本的80%左右,开发低成本原料具有重要意义。以废弃油脂为原料制备生物柴油可以降低生产成本变废为宝,对避免地沟油等回流餐桌、缓解能源危机、保护环境都具有重要意义。均相酸碱催化法生产生物柴油虽然已经工业化,但其有诸多弊端:催化剂与产物分离困难且不能循环使用、产生废水并腐蚀设备等。因此开发非均相催化剂逐步成为研究热点。本文以废弃油脂即地沟油和潲水油等为原料,通过酯化-转酯化工艺路线制备生物柴油,并优化了制备工艺;在实验室研究的基础上进行了中试放大,对中试制得的生物柴油产品进行了检测。为提高酯化效率,在上述研究的基础上以油酸和三油酸甘油酯的混合物作为高酸值废弃油脂的模型化合物,研究了SO42-/ZrO2催化剂催化其与甘油的酯化反应的性能,对催化剂合成条件、酯化反应的参数进行了优化。 |
英文摘要 | With the increase of fossil energy consumption and aggravation of environmental pollution, exploitation and utilization of renewable clear new energy become the global energy research focus. As one of the most promising new energy sources, biodiesel has attracted extensive attention. The cost of raw material can account for 80% of the overall biodiesel production cost, therefore, development of low cost raw materials is of great significance. Using waste cooking oil to produce biodiesel can reduce the cost. Waste material can be changed into things of value. It can also help to prevent drainage oil from being reused in cooking, relieve the energy crisis and protect the environment.Though homogeneous catalytic transesterification has been industrialized to produce biodiesel, it causes many problems: the catalyst cannot be reused, a lot of waste water is produced and the corrosion of equipment is severe. It is important to develop heterogeneous catalyst. In this paper, waste cooking oil was used as raw material to produce biodiesel through the esterification - transesterification process, the technology parameters were optimized. The pilot magnification was carried out based on the laboratory investigation and the refined product was tested. To optimize the above-mentioned production technology, the mixture of oleic acid and glyceride was used as simulation of waste cooking oil to study SO42-/ZrO2 as catalyst for the esterification. The synthetic conditions of the catalysts and the parameters of the esterification reaction were optimized. |
