Insight into the effect of ion source for the solution processing of perovskite films

英文摘要We find that there exists an ion exchange phenomenon in the precursor solutions for perovskite films. Despite the different ion introduction routes, the samples fabricated from precursor solutions with same ion molar ratio finally present similar properties. This finding illuminates a wide selectivity of reactants for the preparation of perovskite films.
