Investigation on the Electric-Induced Light Scattering of PLZT Transparent Ceramics

英文摘要 | Transparent ceramics of Pb1-xLax(Zr-1 - Ti-y(y))(1) - O-x/4(3) (PLZT) were fabricated by the two-stage sintering method. The electric- induced light scattering phenomenon for two compositions of PLZT ceramics was investigated. It was found that the composition with relatively bigger ferroelectric domains exhibits a relatively smaller light scattering driving field, but simultaneously a lower transparency in the original state. The dielectric properties, ferroelectric hysteresis loops, and ferroelectric domain structures of the two compositions were studied which are consistent with the electric-induced light scattering results. |
