英文摘要 | Phosphorus doped graphene nanosheets were prepared via high-temperature annealing of the graphene oxide and triphenylphosphine mixture. The as-prepared phosphorus doped graphene nanosheets show excellent NH3 sensing ability at room temperature with an enhanced response value compared to thermally reduced graphene. |
