英文摘要 | Phosphorus is a vital element for organisms, but become the main limiting nutrient of some ecosystems. Changes in the availability of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) may alter the availability of phosphorus due to ecological stoichiometric requirements. However, few studies used a controlled experimentation to confirm the impact of available C and N on the availability of phosphorus from a microbial perspective. In this study, three phosphate-solubilizing microorganism communities (PSM-Community) were separated from the alpine soils to conduct a microbial phosphate-solubilizing experiment under different C and N conditions. The phosphate-solubilizing efficiency (PSE) of PSM communities differs between the different alpine ecosystems in Gongga Mountain. The C and N affect the phosphate solubilizing function of PSM communities by their ratio and level. It suggested that single indicator (ratio or level) may not be reliable for assessing the nutrient stress in the ecosystems. A phospholipid fatty acid analysis showed that changes in the microbial community composition and metabolic activity contributed to the response of PSE to the treatments of C and N. These results also imply that global changes are altering the phosphate-solubilizing processes to affect the geochemical processes of phosphorus in alpine soil ecosystems due to changes in C and N. |
