中文摘要 | 以10MgF2·20CaF2·BaF2·10SrF2·15YF3·35AlF3氟铝酸盐玻璃为基玻璃,用Ba(PO3)2替代等摩尔含量的BaF2,以改善玻璃的抗失透能力。用差热分析方法研究了Ba(P03)2含量对氟铝酸盐玻璃热性能和析晶动力学的影响。结果表明:Ba(P03)2含量增加使玻璃转变温度Tg和析晶温度Tx升高,熔化温度降低,成玻璃能力增加。在玻璃中加入摩尔分数(下同)为2%的Ba(PO3)2即可获得无析晶的8mm厚玻璃。另外,还给出了含2%Ba(P03)2玻璃的透过光谱,玻璃的红外透过范围可达4m |
英文摘要 | In order to improve the ability of glasses against devitrification,Ba(PO_3)_2was introduced to fluouoaluminate basic glass,which consisting of 10MgF_2·20CaF_2·10SrF_2·15YF_3·35AIF_3,to substiute BaF_2in the glass.The inflinferences Ba(PO_3)_2 contents on the properties and crystallization kinetics of glasses were studied by differential thermal analysis technique.The experiment results indicate that more Ba(PO_3)_2 content will increase the Tg and Tx of glasses,reduce melting temperature of glasses and improve also the ability of blasts forming.A8 mm thick glass containing 2%Ba(PO)3)_2was measured,the infrared transmitting region reaches to 4mum.This glass is stable,and has a wide infrared transparent region,therefore it is a potential optical glass material. |
