英文摘要an architecture and a kind of method are proposed for designing viterbi detector of nvd (next-genertion versatile disc) system based on specific partial-response channels by us. it offers a standard design framework and process, leading to a simple and convenient design. the architecture and method are verified in both simulation test and hardware description with complete function and good performance. the schema and method are used to accomplish a partial response channel for pr[1 2 2 2 1] viterbi detector in nvd systems, and to achieve the goal of the software simulation and hardware description.
