英文摘要 | Ti-doped sapphire turned dark irradiated by a 120 fs pulse laser with 800 nm wavelength. Heat af-fected zone(HAZ) and the highest temperature of irradiated zone are 1.968 * 10~(-3) mum and 1.47 * 10~5 K re-spectively by calculation calculated. There is no new absorption peaks appeared in absorption spectra after femtosecond laser irradiation. According the relation between figure of merit(FOM) of crystals and fluores-cence intensity at 420 nm, fluorescence intensity increase means that Ti~(3+) in the crystals changed to Ti~(4+) during femtosceond laser Irradiation. Results of Raman spectrum and XRD indicate that lattice distorted and quality of lattice declined after irradiation. |
