中文摘要本文采用脉冲宽度为120fs,波长为800nm的飞秒激光对蓝宝石样品进行辐射,结果激光辐射后呈暗黑色,在辐射区域的边缘发现有微裂纹,个别区域以至于微裂纹扩展成宏观裂纹。通过相关数学模型计算出激光聚焦后能量密度、蓝宝石在激光辐照瞬间的热影响范围(HAZ)及材料所达到的最高温度。发现经飞秒激光辐射引起样品的附加吸收与波长呈指数衰减关系。材料在经过飞秒激光辐照后出现了大量的吸收峰,并对其产生原因进行了分析。
英文摘要Sapphire crystals were irradiated by a 120 femtosecond pulse laser with 8OOnm wavelength. The sample turned dark after the irradiation and some cracks were found. Power density of laser, heat affected zone (HAZ) and the temperature of irradiated zone were calculated using mathematic models. Additional absorption of sapphire was fitted by exponent curve.The reasons for the formation of IR absorption peaks after femtosecond laser irradiation were discussed.
