中文摘要自适应变形镜技术在激光加工、激光发射和远距离输出、聚焦系统等方面的应用正日益受到重视,不断发展。它是激光光束质量和聚焦特性自适应控制的关键技术。本文着重论述高功率强激光加工中自适应变形镜技术及其对飞行光学聚焦特性控制的新技术。
英文摘要The applications of adaptive mirrors in laser material processing, laser emission and long-distance transmission, focusing systems and other fields are concerned by more and more researchers and developing even faster in the recent years. The control of laser beam quality and focusing characteristics through adaptive mirrors is the sticking point of automatic control in laser applications. This kind of technology is described with emphasis in high-power laser processing and its functions in flying optics are being dominant in the text.
