英文摘要 | measurement system for the autocorrelation function of the speckles intensities was developed. The techniques of the gated integration and automatic data acquisition were adopted in this system. Then the photoelectric noise was effectively suppressed, and the signal-to-noise ratio was improved. The operation of the measurement system was totally controlled by a computer,the 16 bit A/D convert for the automatic data acquisition makes the resolution of photoelectric signals in this system as high as 65536 gray scales and makes the dynamic range of the intensity digital process enlarged. The measurement of the autocorrelation of the speckle intensities is thus made easy,convenient and accurate. |
