英文摘要 | bioconjugated gold nanorods (gnrs) were developed for both two-photon luminescence imaging and near infrared photothermal therapy of cancer cells. transferrin-gnrs bioconjugates were prepared to target the panc-1 cells and the uptake of the bioconjugates was confirmed using two-photon luminescence imaging. in addition, the treated cancer cells were photothermally destroyed upon exposing them to infrared light irradiation. |
