中文摘要 | 近年来,大气生物气溶胶的实时监测技术已经成为研究领域的热点。在已有技术的基础上,研发出了含有280 nm和365 nm两种激发光波长的双通道生物气溶胶检测系统。利用该检测系统,分别测量了色氨酸、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)的荧光光谱和强度,确定了对该系统两个通道进行标定的方法,并结合对牛血清蛋白(BSA)以及易引起误判的香烟烟雾等物质的测量结果进行了分析与探讨。实验结果证明了通过多通道紫外光诱导生物气溶胶粒子产生本征荧光,并对荧光光谱与强度等信息进行分析可以较为准确地实现对粒子种类的预判别。这种技术具有较强的应用价值与发展空间。 |
英文摘要 | Real-time detection of bio-aerosol has become the focus of research in recent years. Based on the existing technology, the dual-channel bio-aerosol detection method which includes 280 nm and 365 nm channel is developed. With the dual-channel bio-aerosol detection system, the intrinsic fluorescence spectra and intensity of tryptophan and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) are detected respectively by deploying the ultraviolet source at 280 nm and 365 nm. On the basis of the result, the calibration method is determined, and then the analysis of bull serum albumin (BSA) and cigarette particles′ results are researched. The results demonstrate that it can improve the accuracy of particles pre-discrimination by using the dual-channel bio-aerosol detection technology. The technology has strong application value and development space. |
