空间激光通信和DWDM光纤通信若干关键技术的研究

中文摘要 | 自由空间光通信(FSO)宽带传输是近几年倍受注目、发展迅速的通信技术。它在传输特性上具有优于光纤通信和微波通信的特点,因而在许多领域得到应用,或者具有潜在的和重要的应用前景。尤其在宽带接入网方面和卫星通信方面,受到各国科技界、产业界和军事部门的重视。社会信息化的发展对通信网络的高速、大容量发展提出了迫切的要求。随着光纤通信网络的发展,网络结点上的各种光子器件和模块技术已成为光纤通信系统进一步发展的关键。本文从宽带接入实际应用出发,对大气传输的光通信系统进行了理论和实验研究,获得了很好的实验结果。对DWDM系统中若干关键光子器件和单元设备进行了理论和实验研究。本文还对星际光通信系统进行了总体考虑和模拟研究。无线激光通信系统的设计包括激光器、接收器的特性和选择,发射和接收光学系统设计,大气损耗特性研究和接收电路、信号处理的基本参数设计,以及系统各部分参数的综合设计。并从实验上研究了实际FSO系统的外场性能。运用大气湍流的理论模型分析了大气湍流对无线激光通信的影响,得出大气湍流中激光通信模型。通过实验研究了单发射光源和多发射光源大气湍流导致的光强抖动。提出了一种多发射器结构来减轻大气抖动效应,并用外场实验结果证实了多发射器的有效性。分析讨论了空间光通信捕获、瞄准和跟踪(APT)技术,设计出用于FSO中的跟瞄装置,提出了大气通信中跟踪系统的设计方法和参数考虑。对光纤光栅分波合波器件、光纤光栅外腔激光器发模块等DWDM光纤通信的关键器件进行了实验研究,提出了改进器件性能的方法和工艺改进途径,设计建立了一个动态可配置、可传输多种媒体波分复用DWDM光网络演示系统。结合国家天基信息网基本需求和星际光通信系统的关键技术,对星际光通信系统进行了总体考虑和模拟研究。 |
英文摘要 | Free Space Optical Communication (FSO) system is a promising technology for broadband access, military application and out-space communication. Based on its advantages over fiber and microwave communication systems, FSO has been widely used in many fields. Development of information society requires urgently a high-speed huge-capacity information communication network. With the development of optical fiber communication, various photonic devices and functional modules used in network nodes have become the key technology to further improvement. In this dissertation, based on the practical application of broadband access, investigations of theory and experimentation in regard to Free Space Optical Communication system are carried out and valuable results were obtained. And also some of the key photonic and unit devices in DWDM system are studied experimentally. The design of wireless laser communication system consists of system design, investigation of the laser and optical receiver's characteristic, design of emission and receiving optical system, research of atmosphere effects, and design and fabrication of laser transmitter, opto-electronic and signal processing circuits. Experimental study of field test of the FSO system and its performance are described also. The atmospheric turbulence's impact to the laser communication system is investigated experimentally. A model of free space laser communication in atmosphere with turbulence is acquired and discussed. A new structure wireless laser communication system adopting multi-emitting is introduced and built; the effect profiting from the multi-emitting system to cope with the atmospheric agitation's impact and to improve system performance is investigated by outfield experiment. In this dissertation, Acquisition, Tracking and Pointing system (ATP) which is a crucial component in Free Space Optical Communication is analytically studied. A simplified tracking-pointing device was designed and built in the FSO system. Basic scheme and design parameters of ATP system for FSO in atmosphere are proposed. Experimental study to fiber Bragg grating filter and fiber Bragg grating external cavity lasers, which are key devices in DWDM fiber communication system, is carried out. A dynamic re-configurable DWDM system, through which various media information can transmit, is demonstrated successfully. The key technologies and primary requirements of Satellite Optical Communication System is analyzed in this paper. A general consideration and simulated design for Satellite Optical Communication Systems is proposed. |
