中文摘要关联成像是上世纪九十年代兴起的量子信息和成像光学的交叉学科,在纳米技术、生命科学和远程探测等领域的应用前景广阔。继吸收成像之后,X射线衍射成像成为进一步发展的目标。相比于X射线几何吸收成像,衍射成像的分辨率大大提高,但对X射线源相干性要求高,限制了X射线衍射成像的应用。 为了在没有理想相干源的条件下实现X射线衍射成像,我们提出了X射线关联成像。本文的主要工作就是针对X射线的特点,在可见光波段模拟研究了X射线关联成像。首先提出了一种实验上检测光源有无交叉谱纯特性的方法,研究了光源的非交叉谱纯对关联成像实验的影响。随后在傅立叶空间分析了关联成像的原理,澄清了近、远场成像的横向分辨率。我们又引入了空间纵向相干长度(SLCL)的概念研究了关联成像的纵向分辨率。针对X射线波段传统光学元件不可用的问题,利用光栅进行衍射分光,研究了无透镜远场关联衍射像,验证了X射线关联成像实验的可行性。更进一步对费米子关联成像原理进行了理论研究。 总之,我们在理论和实验上模拟验证了X射线关联成像的可行性,并理论上初步探索了费米子关联成像。
英文摘要Correlated imaging is a cross research of quantum information and imaging, which has wide application in nanotechnology, life science and remote sensing. X-ray diffraction imaging is a new development of X-ray imaging, the resolution is greatly improved. Nevertheless the requirement of coherence limits its application. We proposed X-ray correlated imaging to realize X-ray diffraction imaging with incoherent source. The main work of this paper is to simulate X-ray correlated imaging with visible light. First we proposed an experimental method to check the source has cross spectrum purity (CSP) or not, and scrutinized the CSP influence on correlated imaging. Next the principle of correlated imaging is analyzed in Fourier space, and the resolution of near and far field image is clarified. Then we introduced the concept of spatial longitudinal coherence length (SLCL) and studied the longitudinal resolution. Lensless far-field correlated imaging utilizing a phase grating as a beam splitter is studied, which demonstrates the feasibility of X-ray correlated experiment. Furtherly correlated imaging with fermions is therotically discussed. In a word, we demonstrated the feasibility of correlated imaging with X-ray and preliminarily explored the correlated imaging with fermions.
