中文摘要 | 高功率大能量固体激光器在光电对抗、激光致盲、材料加工等领域有着广泛的用途。历史上由于难以获得大尺寸高光学质量的激光增益介质及灯泵浦的原因,高功率固体激光器的发展一直受到很大的限制。近年来,随着二极管激光器的发展,高功率大能量输出的固体激光器得到迅猛的发展。能够实现高功率大能量固体激光器的设计有热容激光器、盘片激光器和板条激光器等。能够满足这些系统的激光增益介质有大尺寸的晶体和陶瓷。 在本论文中,我们主要围绕高功率大能量固体激光材料进行了以下三个方面的研究:(1)开展了大尺寸高浓度Nd:YAG晶体的生长和性能表征工作,比较了提拉法和温梯法生长的Nd:YAG晶体的性能,研究了大尺寸高浓度Nd:YAG晶体的激光性能;(2)系统研究了Nd:YAG,Yb:YAG,Nd:Y2O3透明陶瓷的光谱和激光性能。(3)系统研究了Yb掺杂的GGG晶体的制备、光谱性能。 |
英文摘要 | High power large energy solid state lasers have broad applications in a huge variety fields such as photoelectric confront, Laser causing blind, material machining and so on. The development of high power large energy solid state lasers was very slow in history because it was very hard to get large gain materials and hard to remove the heat caused by lamps. Recent development of diode lasers has stimulated the development of high power large energy solid state lasers. The systems that can get high power large energy solid state lasers are the following: heat capacity laser, disk laser, slab laser and so on. And the appropriate gain materials are large crystals and ceramics. We focused on three main aspects in this paper: (1) The study of large sized and high concentration Nd:YAG crystals. (2) The study of Nd:YAG,Yb:YAG,Nd:Y2O3 transparent ceramics. (3) The study of Yb doped GGG crystal. Results obtained are described as follows: |
