中文摘要 | 短波长激光被广泛应用在各种高功率激光装置上,而获得高功率紫外激光的输出需要高0值的光学薄膜配合,因此研究高阂值光学薄膜十分有现实意义。波长分离膜,其主要作用是对不同波长的激光合束或者分束。三倍频激光分离薄膜是分离紫外激光和红外激光的重要手段之一,使用中它受到多个波长激光的同时辐照,因此最易于受到损伤。该课题既是一个工程应用问题,也是一个有潜力的科学研究课题。多波长共同作用光学材料损伤的研究是高功率激光技术中的重要课题之一,国际上己有大量的研究工作,但是光学薄膜的多波长损伤的研究工作却未见报道。 |
英文摘要 | Short wavelength laser is widely used in high power laser device. High fluence UV laser requires high threshold optical thin films. In that case, the investigation of high threshold optical thin film is a valuable research subject. Beam sputter, which its main role is different wavelengths beam combined or beam splitting. Especially, the sputter film for the third harmonic seperation is an important means for laser separation of UV and IR laser. It is the most vulnerable component to be damaged for it needs to be irridiated by multiple-wavelength laser simultaneously. In addition, the damage mechanism for UV and infrared laser simultaneous irradiate optical film has not well known, so this issue is not only an engineering problem, but also a potential scientific research topic. Interaction of muliti-wavelength laser damage optical material is an important issue in high-power laser, and there have a lot of research works about it. But there is still no report about the multi-wavelength laser damage optical films yet. |
