中文摘要本文围绕短波长X射线激光物理学开展了比较系统的研究,取得了如下结果:1)实验观察到位于“水窗”波段附近的类锂钛离子跃迁4f-3d的自发辐射放大并研究了其增益特性;2)导出复合X射线激光最佳增益区的等离子体参数条件的解析表达式;3)研究了预脉冲对线状等离子体轴向辐射影响的空间特性;4)实验上发现长焦线时复合X射线激光增益系数下降可能与等离子体沿靶面法向的密度轮廓变化有关;5)成功地设计了一种有可能提高复合X射线激光增益的栅状结构靶;6)从理论和实验上较系统地研究了变栅距凹面光栅的光谱像特性;7)从模拟和实验两方面较系统地研究了掠入射一维成像系统的特性。
英文摘要This paper is engaged in the study of the short-wavelength X-ray laser physics. The main creative achievements are summarized as below: 1)The lasing by Lithium-like Ti ion 4f-3d transition at 4.68nm is demonstrated experimentally; 2)The plasma parameters for the optimized gain region for recombination X-ray lasing are derived analytically; 3)The spatial characteristics of the effect of pre-pulse on the on-axis X-ray emission of line-shaped plasma is studied experimentally; 4)The correlation between the gain-coefficient decreasing over long plasma medium for recombination soft-x-ray laser and the change of average electron density in amplification region is found; 5)A new target geometry for the possible enhancing of gain coefficient of recombination X-ray laser is successfully designed; 6)The spectral imaging characteristics of the variable line spcing concave grating with a spherical surface are theoretically and experimentally studied; 7)The imaging characteristics of the graze-incidence 1-D imaging optics are analyzed by simulation code and experiments.
