| 英文摘要 | This dissertation makes up of the short-wavelength recording performance of the Ag8In14Sb55Te23 film, effects of sputtering parameters on the optical properties and short-wavelength static recording performance of the Ag8In14Sb55Te23 phase-change film, effects of film thickness on the optical constants of the Ag8In14Sb55Te23 phase-change film, calculation and analysis of multi-layer structure for phase-change optical disk, read-only super-resolution optical disk and phase-change super-resolution optical disk. |
