基于相变材料薄膜的激光直写微纳图形结构研究

中文摘要微纳图形结构,一般是具有较好的宽高比的球状或者锥状结构。这种结构具有优良的抗反射性能,较宽的光谱响应区域,极化不敏感性以及较强的耐恶劣环境等优良性能,目前广泛的用于光电子领域,微电子领域以及光学制造领域等等。本文分别利用绿光、红光、蓝光等不同的激光直写系统在不同的相变材料薄膜上制备了形状各异,均匀规则的微纳结构,并且较全面的解释了这些图形结构的形成机理;并进一步利用蓝光直写系统在相变材料薄膜以及金属氧化物薄膜上制备了灰度过渡自然,均匀整齐的灰度图形,包括单独的灰度条以及实物照片的位图等等。另外,还扩展了{}i}变材料闽值效应的应用范围,推导并计算了微纳级薄膜的力学性能。
英文摘要Pattern structures generally with high aspect ratio spherical or tapered shape are widely used in many fields due to their excellent advantages over the conventional coatings such as excellent antireflection effect, broad spectral responses, polarization insensitivity, and reliability in harsh environments. In this paper, we fabricated regular and uniform pattern structures on different phase change material films by different laser direct writing system including green laser, red laser and blue laser; moreover, we also investigated and explained the general mechanism for the formation of the pattern structures. Next, we also fabricated excellent grayscale patterns with natural transition and better performance, including single grayscale bar and photo bitmap of real thing. Besides of that, we also expanded the applying field for the phase change material's threshold effects, deduced and calculated the mechanical properties for the micro/nano films.
