英文摘要 | Space coherent laser communication and laser radar have tremendous potentials in military field in the future. In order to develop laser communication with characters of high bit rate, miniaturization, lightweight and low power consumption laser communication and detecting terminals for various satellites, the study for three-dimensional integration device must be carried out. This paper focuses on Lithium Niobate three-dimensional integrated basic researches by key laboratory of space laser communications and testing technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Lithium Niobate is preferred for the study of volume effect and three-dimensional integration, because of the advantages of easy to grow, over size, stable physical and chemical, easy to be adulterated, and significant birefringence, photorefractive effect, photovoltaic, thermoelectric, piezoelectric, electro-optics, photoelastic and acousto-optic proterties. The research of volume holographic in Lithium Niobate mainly consists of two aspects: the control of microstructure and artificial microstructure modulation. This paper realizes the control of microstructure in Lithium Niobate by laser-indcued domain inversion, and realizes the artifical microstructure modulation in Lithium Niobate by two-beam hologram recording photorefractive volume grating. |
