中文摘要激光惯性约束核聚变装置{Inertial ConFmement fusion, ICF)是国际上重要的研究热点,对国家的基础科学和应用技术的发展有着极为重要的意义。其发展趋势是大型化与精密化,其中的大面积光栅、滤波器、镜架、真空靶室与靶架等子系统对稳定性有着严格的要求,其稳定性与可靠性是整个装置的正常运行的关键因素。影响结构时间稳定性的主要因素是振动,时间稳定性问题就是振动控制问题,传统上由于被动振动控制结构简单性能可靠而得到了广泛的应用,但其固有的局限性只能用主动控制的方法予以克服。本文主要论述了主动隔振技术,在这个主题下本文主要进行了以下工作:首先分析了实验室内主要的噪声源与振源及其特性,其中最主要的是空调系统机械设备运转产生的振动与风机产生的流体噪声。其次对主动隔振进行了理论分析,研究了相对位移负反馈和相对速度负反馈、绝对位移负反馈、绝对速度负反馈对隔振性能的影响与所需的主动控制力,以及对直接扰动力的反馈控制;分析了控制误差、时滞和作动器饱和对隔振性能的影响。
英文摘要Inertial Confinement Fusion is a frontier research field tody, which is important for developing of basic science and application technology, and its trend is large and fine, in which grating, space filter, mirror mount, vacuum target room and target support require the most strict stability and their stability and reliability is the key factor of normal running of the facility. Vibration influences the structure stability and the problem of time stability isvibration control, passive vibration is wildly used in the past because it is simple and reliable, but its inherent limitation is can't overcome except active control. In this dissertation active vibration isolation is discussed mostly, the research which is carried,out in the following respects: firstly, the main vibration and noise source are point out; in which heating, ventilation and air condition (HVAC) system is the most important, it comprised of vibration of mechanism and pump and airborne noise of fan. Secondly, active vibration isolation is studied in theory, relative displacemtn and relative velocity negative feedback, absolute displacement negative feedback, absolute velocity negative feedback are considered respectively and the forces required ire active vibration control are calculated. The influence of control error, time delay and actuator satuation on performance of vibration solation is studied.
