| 中文摘要 | 本报告分两部分，第一部分为相干反斯托克斯喇曼散射(CARS)显微术，首先用缓变振幅近似和赫兹偶极子近似研究了共焦扫描CARS显微术的显微成像特性，然后用超短脉冲激光和共焦扫描显微镜进行了一些CARS显微试验。第二部分为盲目去卷积内容，首先介绍了高阶统计盲目去卷积的一般方法，然后利用基于高阶累计的峰度去卷积方法进行了光谱和显微图像盲目去卷积处理，并取得了理想的结果。 |
| 英文摘要 | The main contents of this report include two parts essentially The first is about the coherent anti-Stokes Rarman scattering (CARS) Microscopy and another is the blind deconvolution based on In the first part, the properties of CARS microscopy are calculated by using the slowly varying envelope approximation (SVEA) and I}ertzian dipole approximation respectively. In the second part, the high-order cumulant-based methods for blind deconvolution are introduced then, some experimental results of spectrum and image deconvolution are provided. |
